Who We Help
My name is Kia Condor, founder of Trade Recovery Group Ltd.
Before establishing Trade Recovery Group, I ran my own construction business and experienced many of the same challenges faced by tradespeople, subcontractors and construction business owners across the UK today.
From pricing work and managing projects to chasing overdue invoices and protecting cashflow, I understand first-hand the pressures that come with running a business in the construction sector.
Like many business owners, I saw how quickly payment issues can create unnecessary stress and disruption. A single unpaid invoice can impact cashflow, delay growth plans and consume valuable time that would be better spent serving clients and developing the business.
Alongside my practical experience within the construction industry, I hold an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Nottingham.
This combination of legal education and real-world business experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges businesses face when dealing with payment disputes, overdue invoices and commercial disagreements.
